NW GLW was created to offer you a beautiful GLW all year long. Our highly trained professionals use the finest products to give you your best inner GLW.
We offer custom Airbrush spray tans, eyelash extensions and sugaring by appointment so you will never have to be without your GLW.
Once arrived to your appointment, please ring the doorbell that is located on the handle of the front door. We will come out and let you in.
Street parking is available in front of the studio. Pay station is located outside of the HENRY Building entrance. Parking is free after 6 pm on the street Mon-SAT. There is also parking available in the upper parking garage of the HENRY Building.

About Amy
My name is Amy Taylor and I am the proud owner of NW GLW. Being a fair redhead with a family history of Skin Cancer, I knew that the sun and I would never have a good relationship. I always feel better with a little GLW, so the search for a spray tan with a non Cheeto look ensued. During a business trip to Bellingham, Washington, I received a spray tan by an amazing mentor of mine. It was there that the love for the spray tanning industry began. I took many courses on achieving and delivering the best spray tan. After spray tanning for 6 years, I was presented the opportunity to open NW GLW. It is important to me to not only use the best products in the industry, but to also educate clients on proper care and protection for their skin. I pride myself on giving a natural looking tan that gives you the outer GLW to your inner GLW.

My name is Britani Campanoli and I am NW GLW lash artist and sugarist. Having spent the past decade as a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and NPC figure competitor I know the importance of self-confidence! I take great joy in helping my clients achieve their health goals but most importantly to gain the utmost confidence in themselves. NW GLW NEW CLIENT | We want you to experience our NW GLW Red carpet tan your first time in. This is offered to our fist time clients tanning with us. Experience our Normalizing PH spray, this ensures that your skin is properly prepped for the best spray tan results. We will then apply our all natural, anti aging solution in the desired color for your skin tone. Our solution is packed full with Antioxidants and pure botanicals offering you the most luxurious natural spray tan. We will then finish your service with our beautiful drying powder. This powder will eliminate any possibly stickiness you may feel and allow you to get dressed and go. You are able to rinse your tan in 8-12 hours. You will rinse with warm water, using your hands until your water runs clean.
SINGLE GLW TAN | An all natural, anti-aging solution packed with antioxidants and pure botanicals offering you the most luxurious tan. You are able to rinse this tan in 8-12 hours. You will rinse with warm water using your hands until the water rinses clean and all of the cosmetic bronzers are removed. Contains cosmetic bronzers for instant tan gratification.
NW GLW RED CARPET TAN | Welcome to the Red Carpet GLW. You will experience our normalizing Ph solution, this ensures that your skin is properly prepped for the best spray tan results. We will then customized your desired level of tan, followed by our beautiful finishing powder that allows you to dry without any slight possibility of being sticky. You are free to dress in your yoga pants without the worry of messing up your tan!
NW GLW RAPID TAN ULTRA DARK | In a pinch for time or don't want to sleep in your spray tan ? Try the NW GLW Rapid tan. We will start with the Normalizing PH balancing spray to ensure that your skin is properly prepped for your tan. Our Rapid solution is enriched with antioxidants, botanicals, and the highest grad of sunless tanner. This solution give you the ultimate ultra dark tan. The formula dries quickly and develops in as little as 3 hours. For darker results, leave the solution on longer. We will finish with the beautiful powder shimmer that allows you to love your tan and get dressed right away without the slightest feel of stickiness. It is important to note that this solution will be rinsed with water first after you have reached your desired level of time. You will rinse until the water runs clear using your hands to remove any excess cosmetic bronzer. DO NOT USE SOAP or LOTION the first time your rinse, that will stop the development of the tan. Don't freak out when it looks as if you have no color, this tan will continue to develop for the next 12-24 hours. Once your color starts to return, you can use soap to stop the development of getting darker.

Tanning Care
PRE Tan Instructions:
All Waxing and sugaring must be done at least 24 hours prior to your airbrush spray tan.
Exfoliate and shave the day before your spray airbrush spray tan. Use a non-oil based scrub. We recommend the NW GLW Charcoal scrub to be used prior to your spray tan.
Do Not use any oils prior to your airbrush spray tan, if you use oils, we are unable to guarantee your tan. When oils are used, the solution will bead up on the skin and we can see it right away.
Do NOT use any DOVE soaps, scrubs, body wash or bar soap. Do not use any bar soap of any kind prior to your airbrush Spray tan. Using bar soap leaves a film on the skin which will then act as a barrier and the solution will not adhere to the skin.
Deodorant is not recommended to wear prior to your spray tan. Wipes will be provided should you have deodorant on. It isn’t the biggest issue if you do have deodorant on, it could turn green but would wash away after your first wash.
Tan lines are optional. Disposable panties are provided to you should you wish to wear them. Once sprayed, your tan lines can not be filled or blended should you change your mind. Men must wear boxers or briefs to tan. Should you choose to wear a bathing suit or bra’s and panties during your airbrush spray tan, you will get solution on it, it will wash off. In the instance that it does not, NW GLW is not responsible for any stain or damage to your apparel you wear during your session.
* Be mindful of what you will be wearing while you have your airbrush spray tan so all exposed parts are tanned.
You will be guided through a series of quick poses during your spray tan process. Once sprayed, you will be asked to check your tan and color for approval prior to the drying process. Your session takes about 20 minutes from start to finish.
AFTER Care Instructions:
You will be sprayed with a bronzing solutions. Once sprayed, your color will darken during the processing time.
Allow 8-12 hours for your tan to process before showering. This allows the tan to develop.
Rinse with Luke warm water during your first shower. (Hot water will wash your tan off faster) You will see color rinse off. This is the cosmetic bronzer that you see rinsing.
Refrain from using any exfoliants, scrubs, loofas, washcloths on your fresh tan. They act as exfoliants and will prematurely remove your tan.
Pat dry after your shower/rinsing. Running will exfoliate your tan.
MOISTURIZE, MOISTURIZE, MOISTURIZE. We can not stress this enough. The more you moisturize the longer your tan will last. NW GLW offers moisturizers and tan extender moisturizers for purchase.
Refrain from using spray sunscreens as well as sunscreens with oil in them as they will start to eat away at your tan. Sunscreens containing Zinc are the best sunscreens to protect your skin and your tan. *Your spray tan is not a Sunscreen and does not act as a barrier against the sun*
When moisturized efficiently, your tan should naturally and gradually wear off. Should you need additional help saying goodbye to your airbrush spray tan, NW GLW offers charcoal scrubs and soaps that will gently exfoliate your skin, remove your remainder spray tan and prep your skin for your next spray tan.

Tanning FAQ’S:
Q: HOW DOES AIRBRUSH SPRAY-TANNING WORK?
A: NW GLW uses a sunless tanning solution containing DHA, a custom blended for your skin tone and preference. DHA (dihydroxyacetone) is a sugar based derivative that has been approved by the FDA for over 30 years. It reacts with the outer layers of your skin to create a natural looking tan in as little as 8-12 hours. The immediate color your see, is called a cosmetic bronzer. It will mimic the color you will see once the tan is done processing. Do not panic when you see your color rinse off after your initial rinse. This is only the bronzing agent you see and your tan will still be intact.
Q: HOW LONG DOES THE AIRBRUSH SPRAY TAN TAKE?
A: Due to the prestige equipment and solution we use and our expertise, a full tan from start to finish can be accomplished in 20 minutes.
Q: WILL I LOOK LIKE THE COLOR OF A CHEETO?
A: We pride ourselves on tanning to your natural GLW. The risk of turning orange is almost non-existent. This happens when too much solution at a too high concentration of DHA is applied, which is not our Jam.
Q: WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
A: You can wear as little or as much as you would like. We provide disposable thongs, hairnets and sticky feet. Yes, we see naked people, but we promise thats not what we see when tanning you. We are looking at every spray of the application on your skin to ensure that you are completely tanned without streaks, runs, blotches or too much solution. You are in great hands at NW GLW
Q: HOW LONG WILL MY CUSTOM NW GLW LAST?
A: A custom spray tan should last anywhere between 5-12 days. This all depends on you once you leave the studio. Proper skincare before and after your spray tan will directly affect your spray tan. Remember to always follow the preparation and post care instructions. Extender products are available for purchase to extend the length of your tan.
* certain medications and monthly cycles can inhibit your tans longevity. This is a case by case basis.
Q: I HAVE A SPECIAL OCCASION, WHEN SHOULD I TAN ?
A: We recommend tanning a day or two prior to your special event. Many prefer to tan in the evening so they are able to sleep in their tan and not worry about day to day activities affecting their tan. We are a by appointment only studio and book up fast. While we try our best to accommodate every guest, it is best to pre-schedule your tans.
Q: IS IT SAFE TO SPRAY TAN WHILE PREGNANT?
A: Spray tanning has been deemed safe by the March of Dimes and it is much safer than tanning alternatives. While we have tanned many Moms to be and nursing Moms, we can not recommend what’s best for you and your baby. We would ask that if you have concerns, please contact your primary physician.
Prep and aftercare for lashes
Prep for Lashes:
Wear no eye makeup to your service appointment as it interferes with the adhesives
No oils or lotions on eyes at least 24 hrs to appointment
Refrain from caffeine consumption 24 hours prior to your lash appointment
After Care:
Try to sleep on your back
Do not pick or pull on lash extensions
Avoid wetting lashes for 24hrs
Oil free products only
No mascara
Liquid or powder eyeliner only
Brush and cleanse lashes daily
Get a fill every 2-3 weeks
*Sleeping habits (pressure of face on the pillow), hormones, and stress can cause premature natural lash loss.
Prep for sugaring services
GROW YOUR HAIR OUT A BIT.
Growing your hair between 1/8" and 1/4" is optimal. If this is your first sugaring experience, that should be about a week's worth of growth.
DON'T GO TANNING OR SUNBATHING.
Intentionally exposing your skin to UV rays can increase its sensitivity. Because sugaring can also heighten sensitivity for a short time after treatment, we recommend that you don't go tanning or sunbathing for 24–48 hours prior to your appointment. (Avoid these activities for 24 hours after sugaring, too!)
COME IN CLEAN & DRY.
While it can be helpful if you exfoliate & re-hydrate your skin about 24 hours before treatment, it's best that you come in for your sugaring without lotions, oils, or deodorants on your skin. Shower before your service. Showering keeps the skin clean and free from bacteria and sweat, resulting in healthy follicles and less chance of in-grown hairs.
IF YOU HAVE A LOW PAIN TOLERANCE, TAKE AN ANTI-INFLAMMATORY PAIN MEDICATION BEFORE YOU COME IN.
While sugaring tends to be less painful than waxing, it can come with minor discomfort. If you're pain sensitive, take something like ibuprofen or acetaminophen about a half an hour before you come in. It can help alleviate a painful sensation during the process and quicken recovery after. We also recommend not scheduling a sugaring appointment during your menstrual cycle—as that tends to heighten skin sensitivity.
DON'T USE OTHER HAIR REMOVAL SYSTEMS/TACTICS.
Once you've started sugaring (or you've decided to start) stop using razors, depilatory, tweezers or wax before or between sugaring appointments. It can slow the process & benefits of sugaring!
KEEP YOUR SKIN NATURALLY WELL-HYDRATED.
Try to avoid chemical-heavy washes, lotions & fragrances on your skin. The best way to keep your skin healthy & hydrated is to be drinking a lot of water! Ask your sugaring specialist about recommended lotions & washes that can help add to the longevity & benefits of your sugaring treatment!
Sugaring can help reduce hair growth over time—and can eventually lead to fewer treatments & less discomfort in hair removal! With proper care, it can eliminate ingrown hair problems—and can brighten the overall look of your skin!
